Application forms is now being obtained from the Nursing Service Department, Ministry of health, New Secretariat, Umuahia on payment of a non-refundable fund fee of ten thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only at UBA and First Bank.
Purchase of the form begins on the 7th December 2020 to 15th January 2021 (6 weeks)
All the forms that are completed should be returned to the Nursing Service on or before 15th Friday, January 2021.
