This is to inform all prospective candidates and the general public that Adamu Tafawa Balewa College of Education “ATBCOE”, Kangere, affiliated with Bayero University Kano, will start its 2023/2024 POST-UTME screening exercise.
To this effect, all prospective and interested candidates whose UTME score is 180 and above are informed that the online screening exercise for the UTME candidates will be open from 3rd June to 17th June 2024,
Applicants should follow the guidelines below to upload their information properly, as required by the online screening system.
Please note that only Candidates who applied through JAMB for UTME Admissions and chose Bayero University as their First Choice are eligible for the screening. Those whose first choice is not Bayero University Kano can change institutions at the JAMB office or any CBT close to them.
Note that supplying false information will result in disqualification. You can provide a maximum of two different ‘O’ Level examination results.
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Candidates are required to log in to the Admission Portal (https://www.ugadmissions.coekangere.edu.ng), click Create Account using your valid email ID and other information to create an account, sign in to your email and click on the mail sent to you to validate your account creation, login to your portal to provide the following information-
- Guardian details
- Bio-data
- O’level details
- A’level details
Click on New Application to apply for your choice of course of study (Note that a student can apply for more than one course at a time). After providing all the required information, a payment request will pop up.
Generation of PPI Generate and download your Personalised Payment Invoice (PPI). The invoice will come with Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) for the sum of N2,500.00, the cost of screening, payable to the account of Adamu Tafawa Balewa College of Education Kangere (Admission Processing Fee Account).
Applicants can pay online using a credit/debit card, Internet banking, or direct bank account debit, whereby they can use their Internet banking tools to make a payment or print the payment invoice and use it to pay at any commercial bank nationwide. An acknowledgement slip can automatically be generated and printed after successful online payment. In the case of bank payment, the verification must be done only after the payment is processed by logging back into your account and clicking the “‘ve already paid my screening fee” button on the site before the acknowledgement slip can be printed.
