  • Leadership Excellence Acceleration Program (LEAP) is a strategic Leadership program designed to identify and develop top talent with the goal of turning them into world-class, high-performing professionals across various functions.

Eligibility 

  • University Degree
  • Technical pathway – Computer Science. Software Engineering. Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Non Technical pathway – All fields
  • 0 – 2 years experience of experience
  • Minimum of second class upper division
  • Age limit of 24 years
  • Strong desire to learn
  • Multilingualism is desirable.
