Job Purpose
The purpose of the Manager Invoicing & Payment Processing is to demonstrate competence in Business Analysis, Business Performance Reporting, Project Management in the following areas:
- Planning
- Performance tracking
- Gap analysis
The holder of the above mentioned position is responsible for coordinating Regional Sales activities, liaising with Zonal Business Managers, head office sales support team on regional inputs and deliverables.
Key Accountabilities
- Provision of zonal as well as regional reports and analysis on daily, weekly as well as monthly pipeline sales.
- Provision of reports on daily, weekly and also monthly market development activities.
- Provision of reports on Regional Operations Performance

Job Purpose
This position is vital for the support of network unit in planning and providing technical solutions for connecting cell sites and enterprise customer locations. The holder of this position is required to interact very extensively with the Partners’ teams’. The essence of the role is robust, flexible and state of the art fiber and microwave transmission network planning and delivery.
Key Accountabilities
Microwave network Design & Planning:
- To meet required link, design to microwave & BB network/network reliability criteria.
Fiber network design & planning
- Planning and designing in order to expand the existing fiber network so that resilience in the network can be built.
- Last mile solution design for enterprise customers
Redundancy & protection design
- Design network redundancy & reliability better than 99.999%
Regulatory Compliance
- In respect to frequency spectrum use, sound knowledge of local regulatory requirements.
Skills & Knowledge
- Relevant experience of 1-3 years in planning of transmission networks domain
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree
- Proven hands-on network engineering experience
- CCNA, or higher (CCNP, CCIE /or CISSP highly valued)
- Must have excellent understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
- Must have excellent understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
- There must be excellent knowledge of transmission technologies like microwave, Fiber networks, DWDM, SPDH/SDH, ASON, VSAT, MPLS, Data communications, etc
- There must be excellent knowledge of Transmission of Mobile & Enterprise Network -Planning.
- Candidate is required to have Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytical tools.
- Candidate must possess proficiency in tools like google earth, MapInfo, pathloss4/5 and excel.
- It is required that candidates have analytical and Presentation skills.
