Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to take part in the Federal University, Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) Post UTME Screening Exercise for entry into the institution’s 2020/2021 academic session, candidates are required to meet certain eligibility criteria. Below are the following eligibility criteria Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) candidates seeking to apply for the Federal University, Otuoke post-UTME screening exercise are required to meet:
- Candidates who chose the Federal University Otuoke as their First Choice and scored 160 and above in the 2020 JAMB UTME are eligible to apply.
- Candidates who did not choose Federal University Otuoke as their first choice and scored 160 and above in the 2020 JAMB UTME but wish to study in the institution are advised to do the necessary change of institution to FUOTUOKE on JAMB Portal and choose any of the programs listed below:

Application Process
Candidates who are suitably qualified and eligible to apply for the FUOTUOKE Post UTME Screening Exercise for 2020/2021 Academic Session are to follow the guidelines below:
- Candidates are to make a non-refundable payment of two thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only via a Debit Card or pay at the bank to process their application and Post UTME fee.
- Candidates are to visit fuotuoke.edu.ng or http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng for more instructions on the online application.

- Recent Passport – size photograph
- 2020 JAMB Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) original result printout
- WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’ level Result
- LGA Identification letter
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- Valid WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’ level Result Checking Scratch Card Details
Application Deadline
Candidates are to apply before the 31st March 2021.
Note the Following
- Ensure you use a digital passport photograph
- Use the same name as used in your JAMB Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and in the same order
- Submit a valid email address and phone number in your online application
- Upload your O’ level checking scratch card. Note that for candidates combining two O’ level results, both scratch cards should be uploaded accordingly.
It should be noted that the date and time of the Federal University, Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) Post UTME test will be communicated to all eligible applicants through the official online platform, however, it will be available on candidate’s acknowledgement slip. Candidates are to strictly comply with the date and time indicated on their online acknowledgment slip.
