How To Gain Admission Easily Into the Northwest University Sokoto.

The most essential requirement for admission into a private university is an O-level or A-level certificate with the right combination of subjects for the desired course of study.

Different schools will require specific documents, but the general primary requirements are listed below.

These requirements are applied to most Nigerian private universities.

  1. A minimum of 5 credits in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations (SSCE/GCE) O’ Level in a maximum of 2 sittings.
  2. A minimum mark of 140 in the Unified Tertiary matriculation examination (UTME) out of a maximum of 400 marks.
  3. JAMB Change of Institution.
  4. Visit the nearest JAMB Office or CBT registration centre. Inform the officer you want to apply for a change of institution. Make sure to fill out the correct data.
  5. Waiting for Admission: When admissions decisions are released, we will ask the candidates to check their admission status on our website, www.nwus.edu.ng. Log in to the student portal and Accept the Admission.
