Saint Louis School of Midwifery Zonkwa is informing candidates interested in admission into the institution that the sales of form have commenced. The sales of form started on November 2020 and is expected to last until the 8th of January 2021.
Requirements
Candidates are expected to be in possession of 5 credits in WAEC, NECO, GCE in a maximum of two sittings. Mathematics, English language, Biology, Chemistry, and physics must be among the five credits.
Candidates looking forward to admission must be between the age of 18-30 years by March 2021.
Duration of the program: the programme has would take place for a period of 3 years.

The application forms can be acquired from the centers stated below:

After they pay a non-refundable fee of about seven thousand Naira (N7000).
All the completed applications are expected to go back to the office of the secretary on or before January 11th, 2021.
